Please make sure to arrive strictly 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. All guests must imperatively arrive on time for the good running of the tour. We cannot wait for delayed arrivals or catch guests up after the tour has begun.

No refund possible in case of late arrival, no-Show or last minute cancellation.
